Q. Are there any restrictions for membership?

You must be an Australian resident, and be at least 16 years of age to register as a Survey Choice member.

Q. Does it cost anything to join Survey Choice?

It is free to join and make money online by participating in the Survey Choice online community.

Q. Can I hold more than one member account?

We only allow one account for each member. Any member who is found to provide false information may have their privileges and rewards revoked as per our terms of service.

Q. What will you do with the information I provide you during the registration process?

We only wish to send you information that will be relevant to your lifestyle and preferences at any given time. The information you provide us is one way of ensuring we can do this effectively. To improve the relevancy of information, you may consider editing your profile to ensure it reflects your current situation.

Q. What will you do with the information and opinions I volunteer for the surveys?

Your information and responses to surveys are compiled along with other Panel Members who have responded. This information is distributed to researchers in aggregate form so your individual responses are offered anonymously. Survey Choice does not sell or reveal your contact details to third parties. Q. If I unsubscribe/resign from the Survey Choice online community, will I lose my rewards?

Yes, and we’d be sorry to see you leave :-(

We offer a 14 day grace period after you unsubscribe, and you can reactivate your account by logging in to Survey Choice during this period, and hang on to your rewards. After the grace period has expired, your account will be permanently terminated, and you will not be able to recover your rewards.

Q. What kind of emails will I receive?

Members of Survey Choice will receive regular survey invitations about a range of topics and at variable lengths. You will be rewarded for each survey you complete.

Q. How often should I expect emails from Survey Choice?

We believe you should only receive emails that will be of relevance to you. Your email frequency will therefore depend on many factors including, but not limited to your location, gender, age and the requirements of our survey partners. Depending on these factors, you can expect to receive up to 10 survey invitations per day.

Q. How can I identify Survey Choice survey invitations?

Survey invitations will be sent from the email address "" and will be distinctively branded. To ensure you always get your emails from us, you should add our email address, "", to your address book.

Q. Do I have to receive surveys invitations from Survey Choice?

Yes - by joining Survey Choice and accepting our terms and conditions, you agree to receive survey invitations from us. Each email we send you is an opportunity for you to earn rewards, which you can then use to redeem great rewards.

Q. It has taken me longer to complete a survey than what is advised on the invitation. Why is that?

The length of time to complete a survey is added to the invitation as a guide. It can take longer or shorter to complete a survey based on the answers you supply. If you have any queries about how long it has taken to complete a survey, please contact member support.

Survey Choice Rewards

Q. Will my Reward balance expire?

So long as your account remains active, your Reward balance will not expire! And furthermore, as our catalogue of rewards grow, you'll have more opportunities to spend your reward. Your reward balance will be automatically reduced when you purchase items from our Rewards Catalogue or redeem cash into your bank account.

Q. Can I transfer my rewards from other reward programs to Survey Choice?

The rewards you earn through our other reward programs such What Do You Think or SMSPup will need to redeemed through those websites. Similarly, rewards earned through Survey Choice can only be redeemed through Survey Choice.

Q. How long does it take to receive my reward?

Due to client reporting for some surveys the rewards you receive will show as pending in your account and can then take up to 45 days to become available for you to use. For other surveys the rewards will become available to you straight away. Please contact us if you are having trouble using your rewards.

Q. How long does it take to send my reward once I have submitted and order?

For cash rewards, we make reward payments once a week and for gift vouchers usually once every second week. You will be notified by email once your reward has been sent.

Q.What happens if I don't respond to a survey invitation?

If you don't respond to our survey inviations you will not earn any rewards. Please be wary of closing dates advertised on some of our email communications. If you choose to respond after the date indicated, then you may not be eligible to collect the reward points related to a particular email.

Q. I responded to a survey invitation, but the survey was full or I did not qualify! Why?

Survey invitations are very popular amongst our members. Some surveys will have set quotas for responses and in most cases, they will also specify a closing date for responses. From time to time, we may have survey response quotas filled well before the closing date. The people who respond quickest have the best chance to accumulate the maximum amount of rewards allocated to that survey, so it pays to be vigilant of your Survey Choice emails.


Q. I’ve registered with the wrong email address. What should I do?

Log in to the Account Details section of Survey Choice using the incorrect email address you registered with and password, then follow the instructions to amend your email address in the Account Details area of the website.

Q. Help! I've forgotten my username/password!

Don't worry! Visit our forgotten password page to reset your password. You'll need your registered email address. If you don't know your registered email address, contact our support team for assistance.

Q. Can I change my password?

Yes, you can change your password via the Account Details section of the website. If you have forgotten your Survey Choice password, please visit the forgotten password page.

Q. My email address/contact details has changed. How do I amend my details?

Your details can be amended at any time via the Account Details page. You will need to log into the system using your current email address and password.

Q. How do I unsubscribe/resign from the Survey Choice online community?

You can unsubscribe from Survey Choice via the Account section of the website. Additionally, at the bottom of each email promotion we send to you there is a link to unsubscribe from the service. Please note it can take up to 72 hours for the change to take affect and when you unsubscribe, your account remains in a grace status for a period of 14 days, during which you can reactivate your account if you change your mind. Once this grace period has expired, your account is permanently terminated, and any reward points you have earned will be forfeited.

Q. Do I need any special software to participate in surveys/email promotions?

For the majority of cases, all you will need is an internet connection, a working email address and a reliable web browser to read our surveys and email promotions. From time to time, you may also receive special surveys or promotions such as movie trailers or a sneak peak of a TV or radio commercial so a working sound card and appropriate software may be required. This might include web browser plugins and/or software for rich media, video, audio, flash animation and portable document files (PDFs). Programs such as Macromedia Flash Player, Apple Quicktime, Microsoft Media Player, Real Player, and Acrobat Reader are readily available for free online.
